Eligibility Requirements
We are looking for:
Heterosexual couples seeking IVF treatment.
Age Requirement:
Both participants must be between the ages of 18 and 40.
IVF Treatment:
Couples going through IVF treatment using frozen embryo transfers.
Couples utilizing the service of genetic testing on their embryos.
Availability:
Be available for the duration of the study and, if possible, provide follow-up information on pregnancy outcomes and baby variables in the case of successful IVF treatment.
Exclusions based on Health Status
A couple who meets any of the following criteria may not participate in this study:
- Females having known structural reproductive abnormalities or having been diagnosed with premature ovarian failure.
- Males who are having a testicular biopsy for sperm retrieval.
- Couples who are using donor gametes or a surrogate.
Sample Collection
We are looking for couples that are willing to go along with the study procedures, including providing various biological samples, filling out questionnaires, and occasional recording of your dietary intake online.
